We love all dogs, and have others who are our pets as well. Each has a story. Each is special in its own way.
 | EDDIE was a stray that wandered up to friend's house. Her dogs wouldn't let him come in the yard and he was hungry and shy. I was able to get close and he jumped in my lap. I took him home and cared for him, got him neutered and he's been here going on 5 years now. Vet guessed his age then to be over 5! He has the ability to predict my seizures. Although he's certainly showing his age, and has some arthritis developing, he still loves to chase squirrels and tree them for David. |
 | KAYLA wandered up to my son as a stray. She was starving, matted and cold. We took her home and rehabbed her. She has been here for over 3 years now. She was bred and was a wonderful mom. She even fostered some orphaned kittens JJ saved. She is a good girl who loves to be under blankets and cuddled up on your lap. |
