Ranch is a group of family/friends who co-own some of the animals and operate on one property. Liability is unassumed and none of the parties are
responsible for accidents while visiting the ranch or any of its
holdings, personal or partnered. Arkansas equine limited liability law
holds.
All information contained is considered accurate, to the best of our knowledge. We are not responsible for typos, misunderstandings, owner supplied information, etc. We do our best to provide accurate and complete info in all instances.
We are not a puppy mill. See the AKC's
definition of a puppy mill. Accepted ideals require a puppy mill to sell to pet stores and brokers,
breed animals of poor breed standard, etc. Our dogs share our home, our attention and our love with our family. Although we do have a kennel, this is not where they spend the majority of their time. Our dogs go to town with us, on trail rides, etc. They are social and used to young children, livestock, cats and car rides.
We are not an
electronic puppy mill. An electronic puppy mill is the same as a puppy
mill except it is all done over the internet. We will not send any dog or puppy, horse or otherwise out of the country for any reason. We will be
happy to meet part way when feasible. Transportation costs and cost of
accompaniment is the responsibility of the buyer, to be paid in full
prior to delivery being arranged. We will list dogs and puppies for sale on the internet as an advertising venue, and may list some for others as well as a courtesy and in an effort to find good homes.
Local checks are accepted. Insufficient funds checks will accrue a $35 charge each time they are presented. Checks not covered within fourteen days will be turned over to the authorities. In addition to felony check charges, felony theft by deception and/or felony horse theft may be filed. We prefer cash or credit cards. Credit cards are accepted via paypal with an additional 4% charge for handling and fees.
English or western horseback riding lessons are available privately or in groups of up to six. Individual lessons are $15/hour at our farm. Group lessons are $10/person at our farm. Use of our horses will be allowed with advance notice. Any horses coming onto our property must have a current negative Coggins and be free of any communicable diseases. Lessons at the Stone County Saddle Club Arena are by availability of arena only and will only require an extra fee of $5/horse if our horses are used. If lessons are to be at your farm or another facility, student is responsible for making arrangements and ensuring appropriate tack and horses are available. Instructor travel is an additional $.50/mile from Hwy 9S Mountain View, AR 72560. Instructor travel with horse is $2/mile for up to 4 horses. Rail coach fees are the same as lessons.
Horse transportation is $2/mile round trip. Transportation limited by availability.
Commission rates are 15% of sales price or as negotiated. Community service ads are free to nonprofits or acceptable parties in humane pursuits.
